Hoback Club is a private residence club in Teton Village, Wyoming: 25 ski-in, ski-out residences wrapped around a wellness spa, a chef-led dining room, and lounges built for the mountain. It spans 250,000 square feet and represents a $400 million investment.
Finishing the Building
As general contractor, Cowboy State Capital put more than 300,000 man-hours into finishing the building. That included climate control running around the clock, working around every other trade so the building stayed up and running through the upgrade and the winter. We then completed the entire exterior skin.
Inside the Residences
The work continues indoors. We are remodeling four of the club's 25 residences, handling retrofits, customization, and tenant improvements for their owners.
