Subcontracted directly through the development company on a $400 million, ski-in, ski-out private residence club, and the largest project in our history.
More than 300,000 man-hours went into finishing the building, with climate control running around the clock through the upgrade and the winter. We then completed the entire exterior skin, and today we are remodeling four of its 25 residences with retrofits, customization, and tenant improvements.
